Meet The Founder

Leading the charge as CEO & President is Charles Lenoir Jr. He started the company with a vision to bring financial literacy to  underserved communities. As a military veteran and retired Army officer with 24 years of service, he brings a plethora of leadership experience. While serving in the US Army, Charles started his very first business investing in real estate and now owns multiple properties across the USA.

A successful business owner since the age of 33, Charles followed his passion for helping others gain financial independence into a career in the financial services industry. He soon realized that the methods used by the wealthy to manage their finances were not common knowledge among average American households, which sparked his mission to democratize these strategies and provide much-needed financial education.

When he’s not helping clients optimize their finances, he enjoys working out at the gym & spending time with his family. His faith and relationship with Christ are at the center of his life, guiding his personal and professional endeavors.

We consider ourselves a boutique firm, which means our clients get the personal attention they deserve.

We tend to work with those who are in, or approaching the retirement transition, and need to deal with issues like timing claims of Social Security benefits, understanding Medicare options and creating a reliable income stream that they won't outlive.
